Service Description
This course is made for women, by a woman who’s been through the rollercoaster of a late ADHD or autism diagnosis—and knows firsthand what actually helps (and what just adds to the noise). If you’ve spent years masking, feeling out of sync, or wondering why everything feels just a bit harder, you’re not alone—and this is your space to finally exhale. Together, we’ll tear down the stigma, unpack the trauma that often comes with late diagnosis, and dive into the neuroscience behind how our brains actually work. But we don’t stop there. This course is also about coming home to yourself—reconnecting your brain and your body in ways that feel grounding, safe, and empowering. You’ll explore how hormones impact ADHD and autism (hello, cycle chaos and burnout), how to regulate your nervous system, and how to start feeling safe inside your body again—maybe for the first time. This isn’t a checkbox self-help course—it’s a holistic, science-backed, community-driven space where you’ll learn, unlearn, heal, and grow alongside other late-diagnosed women who get it. Expect practical tools, deep insight, and plenty of “oh my god, same” moments. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in you being charged full fee for the service. Our practitioners reserve the right to cancel or change appointments at their discretion, however this will be discussed with the client. All sales are final and the HAH Collective does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please speak with the practice manager to reach a resolution.
